Property One is a young dynamic company that was founded in early 2009.

The directors have vast experience in letting and managing property and recognised the need for a full service, one-stop-shop property company for landlords and homeowners.

We can act as a consultant to financial institutions, receivers, developers, builders and estate agents. Our experience in residential letting together with our property fit out and maintenance "know how" means that costs can be saved by using Property One .

Our directors were heavily involved in the successful letting of multi unit developments in Dublin city
centre, Sandyford, Dun Laoghaire (both south Dublin) and are currently engaging with financial institutions and developers.

We have also acted for a number of pension funds; providing a letting and management service through our sister company, Sherry FitzGerald and providing the fit out and ongoing maintenance through Property One .
