You will be contacted by one of our delivery staff with one day of receipt of payment. We will organise a mutually suitable delivery time with you.
We will deliver your new furniture to a room of your choice, unpack it for you and take the packaging away. We are more than happy to remove any old furniture for you. Please contact us for rates.
If you have ordered an item of furniture which requires assembly, it will more than likely be assembled in your home rather than in our warehouse. This is to a) reduce the amount of space used by us storing goods and 2) minimize the chance of an item becoming damaged in transit which inevitably means you need to wait while we organise a replacement. Most of the furniture we sell can be assembled by our delivery personel in less than an hour.
In the very unlikely event that your furniture arrives damaged or in an unacceptable condition we will either replace it or offer you a refund. Damages must be reported to us within 24 hours. This does not affect your statutory rights which guarantee your right to a replacement or repair in respect of items which are faulty.
If you are not happy with your furniture you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt of the item (s) provided you have all the original packaging and the furniture is unused. You will be liable for the cost of returning the item and you may be asked for proof of purchase to validate the return. You will be issued a full refund within 7 days of us receiving your unwanted purchases.
